What’s really good? Ortizus is taking over the blogs this month, you know the vibes! 

It’s getting warm out so you know what that means! It’s time to press refresh on those playlists and jam out some new tunes–including the latest drop from one our local favorites, IshDarr! 

It’s common knowledge that the local giant who took over Milwaukee and nationwide airways with hits like “Too Bad”,“Sugar” and “The Real” has taken a long hiatus from the limelight. While projects have dropped over the years, we haven’t heard or really seen IshDarr in the forefront the way we did back in the 2015/2016 era but boy do we have some news for you!

IshDarr is back with his latest single, “6”, that quite literally addresses his hiatus. Luring us in with bass boosts and a monotone hook, I think he’s perfecting his recipe. With parts directly relating to our Milwaukee Bucks and our newly found “Bucks in 6” energy, he’s warning us about his comeback.The way people counted the Bucks out of the playoffs and ruled out the underdog, he takes his time to harness that same energy in regards his career and makes it a point to let us know that he won’t be making any more “messes” that impact his career— “Less talk, stop the press, had to clean up my mess.”

He has returned and he’s ready to take on the music head first and we are so amped for this comeback! It’s giving calm before the storm. It’s giving interlude before the album, maybe? EP? Mixtape? All I know is–we need more! 

We can’t wait to see how IshDarr plans to take over this summer! A Lot of y’all said y’all missed the 2015/2016 summer so… we shall see how nostalgic we can get!
