Creative Media Services

Journalistic services include projects that need any “informative” assets and/ or dissemination of those assets. This may be written copy, verbal or recorded reporting, live session or digital research. For media purposes we use strategic asset creation for defined audience reach. This may include blog posts, full length featured articles, social media marketing, presentations, formal documentation, and creative productions. Our current journalism profile includes entertainment, editorials, interviews, poetry, copywriting, narratives, and other creative applications. Please note that all Journalistic service rates include a base for preparation (i.e. research + internal documentation).

Photography services are customizable image production sessions. We can provide live, staged, and interactive photo sessions depending on the client's needs. Our asset aesthetic and photographer use is selected based on the proposed concept. As a creative service, Photography is considered an art form that is used to create visual dialogue, whether it is used as a stand alone asset or accompanies other types of assets. Our current photography profile includes portrait photography, photojournalism, fashion photography, editorial photography, street photography, event photography, documentary photography, lifestyle photography and arts photography. Please note that Photography rates provided are for one active photographer and standard equipment use. Any additional photographers in any given session or advance equipment needs, will be subjected to additional fees.

Videography services include any asset creation that includes video production. Our videographer can record live events, interviews, behind the scene footage, and small scale video productions [i.e. music videos, commercials, social campaigns, promotions, and documentaries]. Our asset aesthetic and videographer use is selected based on the proposed concept and project needs. Please note that Videography rates provided are for one shot frames and standard equipment use. Any additional videographers in any given session or advance equipment needs, will be subjected to additional fees.

Creative Project Management is an umbrella service that allows for /CW to oversee projects holistically. Project Management may be performed coordinating efforts that will bring a full scope of projects to life via creative direction, collaboration, staffing, and logistics. While these services may be provided individually, Project Managements allows for them to happen simultaneously and cohesively. Our current Creative Project Management profile includes, creative campaigns, Brand development, Creative showcase curation, Community engagement, public presentations, and on location activation.

Our Creative Programming reflects the diverse creative scene we are actively immersed in. We create programming that aligns with our pillars of focus [Art, Music, Fashion, Community, Culture, & Entrepreneurship]. Programming can be for intimate groups, niche demographics, or the public at large. Please note that all Creative Programming service rates include a base for conceptualization rights and planning, plus hourly rate for any services rendered.

Creative Campaigns use our knowledge of the social and media landscape. Our campaigns are collaborative, customizable experiences that promote a product, a service, brand, our messaging as a whole. Campaigns are carefully planned, with specified targets in mind. Please note that all Creative Campaigns service rates include a base rate, plus hourly rate for any services rendered.

Creative Direction Service turns ideation into full scale projects. This allows for a client to maximize their vision with a professional team behind them. Even if there is just a basic understanding of the goal in mind, we take a creative twist to any asset creation, event, or marketing project. Please note that all Creative Direction service rates include a base rate for in depth planning, concepting and behind the scene services hours.

Our Creative Talent Scouting allows for us to bridge clients with creatives with specified skills. This service helps tap into the local market for creatives who do not have agency affiliations or work as freelancers in their field. This also allotts for us to fulfill our mission of #SupportingTheLocal while providing access to under utilized resources. Please note, all Talent are subjected to set stipend amounts for service.

Asset creation allows for us to make public facing deliverables to market, promote, or engage with specified audiences. Assets can be visuals, copy, programing, branding, plus other creative applications a client may need. Please note that all Asset Creation includes a base rate for consultation and planning needs.

Our leadership team has spent several years doing ethnographic research in local urban settings. This includes collegiate research on urban environments, “minority” cultural impact, systematic disenfranchisement, creative communities, youth expression, physical and digital spaces, media studies, and more. We offer specified contract media consulting to businesses, organizations, individuals who need assistance in promoting #AllThingsUrban, culturally authentic, and equitable.

Our team has collectively hosted 100’s of events. From music showcases, fashion shows, festivals, creative workshops, community events, to on-stage interviews with Grammy award winners, music execs, nationally awarded artists, designers, and politicians. With our service, you not only get a great host but a built-in audience for your event.

With community collaboration being one of the major components of our mission, we believe that aiding in the cultivation of creativity in our city is vital. We partner with local organizations, schools, and creative groups to implement a creative curriculum that supports the mediated practices our society is confronted with daily. There are several ways in which we teach the practices of media-making, but we firmly believe it is critical to give real-world experiences that provide real-world results. This can be working on content creation for a specific organizational campaign, or making their own digital platform. We shape our curriculum to meet the needs of whatever clients we are working with. At the base of our “Media Arts'' we include practices of literacy, problem-solving, collaboration, and creative expression through several active workshops.

/CW core demographic includes millennials ranging from age 18 to 35, POC, low to middle-class socioeconomic status, interested in local culture, community, and creativity. With content production in-house, we can offer a dissemination of content directed to our mailing list, social media platforms, our online platform, and community. This means that the content created can be marketed to this demographic as an authentic part of the social narrative they already frequent our platform for. Furthermore, we network with many cultural and social tastemakers in Milwaukee. This means messaging pushed by /CW will also be shared to other demographics by our audiences.

/CW will set up and curate a new website that showcases creative/small business/ and non-profit organizations with the visual and verbal narrative to tell their story. This form of platform curation will allow for user friendly interfaces, cross platform posting, and synthesis of each organizations public facing identity. The goal of platform curation is to make you searchable on the internet and popular platforms. Searchability helps create strong brand identities and time stamped narratives. /CW offers Advertising and basic Publicity promotions. Our Advertising services include ad placements in our online and in print publication CopyWrite Magazine or Advertising placement on our website. Our Publicity service includes product placement and paid partnerships at CW events, photoshoots, social media stories, and online video content. Promotion services are a great resource for local brands, up and coming creatives looking for portfolio boosters, and businesses searching to tap into creative networks.

As a byproduct of the creative community, our methods as a magazine, media, and design firm can be unorthodox, expressive, and totally outside of the box. Our media blast service is where we mix those non-traditional tactics with guerrilla marketing to get our client’s ideas out to the audience they are trying to target. New music is the top reason that people visit our online platform. Where we provide music blog posts as a free service to team selected submissions, we also offer sponsored music reviews for those who are looking for a little extra feedback and verbiage to send out to international media outlets and for portfolio growth. This may also include official music and video releases.
