/CW Creative Studios + Shop, is an extension of creative place making, community cultivation, and entrepreneurship that CopyWrite Magazine, Media, & Design LLC. [/CW] and its partners have been conducting for over ten years. The goal of /CW Creative Studios + Shop, is to realign community with creative “professionalism”, allowing for inspiration & collaboration to foster authentically. As a hybrid mix of creative studio space, retail, networking, and event space. This collection of space usage allots for a spectrum of Creatives, Business owners, Community Members, and Organizations to “make”, blend their practices, foster collaboration, circulate capital, and use an entrepreneurial approach to generate income and opportunities.

Memberships:
A membership to /CW Creative Studios is an access to creatively nuanced space. This Membership includes access to shared work space, but not just desking and conferencing but active workshop space for several different types of creative individuals and organizations. Whether you need space to work on a design, produce a fine art piece, or plan an event. This membership provides a space for that.

Monthly usage Fee: $150
Event Rental [Day Rate]: $500
Event Rental [Hourly Rate]: $75
Audio/Visual Booth Rental [Hourly Rate]: $25

Business / Organization Memberships can be used by up to 5 creatives [Membership Access is transferable. See Management for details.]

/CW Creative Shop
/CW Creative Shop takes an equitable spin on creative consignment sales. Instead of making Brand owners pay a percent per unit sold, here you rent “Placement” space in the shop. This means that you have a set fee that you pay each month. This means Brand owners don't have to fear their product being displaced by another brand's popularity. This also allows for seasonal rotations of new brands and product types. Let’s test out the market!

Large Brand Placement applies to All apparel brands & any brand wanting separate display rack or shelving from other brands.
Monthly Fee: $250
Yearly Membership: $2,750

Small Brand Placement any brand that can be accommodated on a mixed display rack, shelving, or table with other brands. [Space is limited]
Monthly Fee: $185
Yearly Membership: $2,000
