Using Poetry to Close the Wounds: The Art of Milk and Honey

Inspired by the bestselling book, "Milk and Honey" by Rupi Kaur, this workshop will focus on using poetry and creative writing to self-love and self-heal. Participants will be able to share their personal experiences and stories, as well as get an opportunity to write them down. Following the writing portion of the workshop, if folks are willing, the space will be opened up for a mini "open mic", giving them a chance to share their masterpiece.
