Blizz McFly - BLK Gold

Blizz McFly has finally released his "BLK Gold" project. Sparking up some subliminal with his "petroleum-fueled" composition, Blizz has exposed some personal realities, some creative manipulation and some enlightening passageways between life and music. CopyWrite has listened and analyzed "BLK Gold" and has uncovered some interesting facts on the true meaning behind the project. But you're just not ready for that; stay tuned for our exclusive.

Peep the project below.

water.lo - Wasted (p. water.lo)

King Bravo - Forgiveness (Prod. Mike Regal)

Telling a story of survival, King Bravo speaks on the inner city and a journey in his newest track, "Forgiveness".

With hopes of moving passed the men with no fear of dying and maybe no hope of living, Bravo's song gives us a sense of space and an odd sense of hope that we can all elevate ourselves to the challenge of making our surrounding environments the best we can. With some crazy production from local favorite Mike Regal, Bravo is coming for his spot on Milwaukee's hip hop scene.

Listen to the track below.

Mike Regal - Business Man (Prod By Deb.On.Air)

As Jay Z said, "I'm not a businessman, I'm a business, man. Let me handle my business, damn!"

We could say the same thing about Mike Regal. He is definitely handling his business. His skills and craft are forever adapting and with that he has even brought a higher standard for Milwaukee's hip hop scene from verses to production. (Why do you think we interviewed him for Issue Four?)

Regal is back at it again with his track, "Business Man" produced by his homie Deb.On.Air. His quick rhyme flow tells the world to re-evaluate their grind and watch out for his hustle.

As the first track off his heavily anticipated album, "Premonitions", we ask you to keep your Eyes Open and listen to the track below.

The first Single From The Album "Premonitiions" By Milwaukee's Producer/Rapper Mike Regal, Produced By Deb.On.Air. #EyesOpen #Premonitiions This Summer!

Khalid - Location (Prod. By Syk Sense, Tunji Ige, & Smash David)

Get your soul right with this new song from 18 year old, Khalid.

Hailing from El Paso, Texas the artist takes our digital generation to get closer to his love's location. Check out the track below and peep the amazing production from by Syk Sense and Tunji Ige, with additional production by Smash David and mixed by Tiggi (because man...that bass).

A song for the soul. Produced by my brothers Syk Sense and Tunji Ige, with additional production by Smash David. Mixed by Tiggi.

Blizz McFly - Back2Business

Though we've never known Blizz McFly to not be on his music business; peep the video for this newest track "Back2Business." With fire rapid bars contrasted by a simple yet powerful beat, Blizz might just burn the stage down with his upcoming project, BLK Gold, which is anticipated to drop Friday May 13th.

Von Alexander - WAVES (VIDEO)

Von Alexander just killed off Vonny Del Fresco (or at least took his essence).

In his newest video for "WAVES", the emcee runs down his former alias Vonny Del Fresco (VDF) in the middle of woods to tie him down and take what we see as his soul or maybe at least his persona out of VDF.

This symbolic and action-packed video is directed by Milwaukee's own Damien Blue who always seems to bring an artistic twist to these documentary-liked music videos.

Peep the video below and listen to the rest of "VON [EP]" below.

Hailing from Wisconsin, which is rarely associated with producing standout hip hop artists, Von Alexander is looking to change not only the way we listen to music, but also the way we interact socially. With his musical influences ranging from N*E*R*D to Bon Iver, Von isn’t tied to genre restrictions, allowing him to develop a sound he can truly call his own. All songs written & performed by Von Alexander (except where features are stated) Production includes: Dylan Graham, DMND, Derelle Rideout & P.Soul Features include: Meraki, Pizzle, & Carpe DM 'V O N' engineered & mixed by Sharrod Sloans Follow Von on Twitter: https://twitter.com/whatsupvon Follow Von on Instagram: https://instagram.com/whatsupvon F E A T U R E S: Meraki: https://soundcloud.com/snoberry CarpeDM: https://soundcloud.com/carp-dominus-dm Pizzle: https://soundcloud.com/pizzle412 P R O D U C T I O N: DMND: https://soundcloud.com/beatsbydmnd1 Dylan Graham: https://soundcloud.com/dylangrahammrlr Derelle Rideout: https://soundcloud.com/derellerideout P.Soul: https://soundcloud.com/psoul8

#WeeSeeYou PaperStacks - Right Before The Feelin'

A few mornings ago our PowerCircle connect,  dropped a link to PaperStacks "Right Before The Feelin'" in my messages.

With clean production, appropriate 414 vibe and some unexpected emotion PaperStacks has released a project that is very easy to listen to.  Where PowerCircle affiliates are known for their turn up's, he balances that stigma with come ups, sexy slow downs, and tasteful stunting (if stunting can be tasteful).  Paper stack definitely brings the listener right before a few feelin's. Check out the project and let us know what you think.

#WeSeeYou Sean Smart - Stupid/Smart (Miilkbone Remix)

Don't sleep on Sean.

Smart or stupid, Sean Smart is never lacking on the rhymes tip.

His newest flow, "Stupid/Smart" solidifies the respect we have for this emcee, telling the world that any chance he gets he will be killing anything he touches. If you don't find him in a booth killing a verse, you can find him behind the computer screen creating the looks for local art shows, cover art for other artists as well as even designs for his own clothing line, Naēs Wear.

Listen to the track below or watch the video but as always #WeSeeYou Sean.
